What is Creventa?
Creventa is an all-in-one event management platform for hospitality venues. It automates food and drink pre-orders, allergen and dietary tracking, drag-and-drop seating and place cards, white-label ticketing and door scanning, meeting room booking, deposits and payments, all under your own brand.
Who is Creventa for?
Creventa is built for hotels, restaurant groups and private dining, stadiums, golf clubs, property management companies and event planners, handling everything from individual diners to events with many thousands of guests.
How much does Creventa cost?

Is Creventa white-label?
Yes. Creventa is fully white-label. Guest emails and pages carry your venue’s branding, and the look and feel for both hosts and guests, plus your reports, are customisable.
Which systems does Creventa integrate with?
Creventa integrates with Opera Cloud, Delphi, SevenRooms, OpenTable, Thynk, TenKites, Tripleseat, Triple Jump and Tevalis, plus Stripe, Adyen, PlanetPay and FreedomPay for payments. Many more are available, including Airship, Salesforce and HubSpot, and with an open API there are always more integrations coming.
How does Creventa handle allergens?
Creventa tracks all 14 mandatory allergens plus custom dietary needs, captured directly from each guest and surfaced automatically in the chef’s report and food pass for FSA-compliant, documented service. See automatic allergen collection.
Can guests pre-order food and drink?
Yes. Guests receive a personalised, branded link to select food and drink and declare dietaries before they arrive. Drink pre-orders lift wet spend significantly, often around two and a half times more than a paper or PDF-based process where guests have to be chased manually, and accurate pre-orders cut food waste by around 20 percent.
Can guests order on their phone?
Yes. Guests order on any device, phone, tablet or desktop, straight from their personalised link with no app to download. Your team can check reports and run service from a phone or tablet too.
Can the event organiser manage their own guests?
Yes. The host or organiser gets their own link to invite guests, chase outstanding choices and see who has ordered, so your team is not stuck in the middle. You keep full oversight throughout.
Does Creventa do seating plans and place cards?
Yes. Creventa includes drag-and-drop seating, optional host seating-plan editing, and one-click printable place cards, with seating driving the food pass and front-of-house reports.
Can I sell tickets and run Christmas joiner parties?
Yes. Creventa offers white-label ticketing with discount codes and member-tied discounts, a door-scanning app, and consolidated seating for joiner parties that combine ticketed and manually booked guests.
What is Creventa Flow?
Creventa Flow is Creventa’s enquiry management system for UK hospitality. It captures every event enquiry in one pipeline, sends branded proposals, automates payment schedules and reporting, then hands confirmed bookings to the Creventa events platform.
