What is Creventa?

"We already have a process that works"

Most venues do, usually spreadsheets and PDFs emailed back and forth. The real question is whether the hours spent chasing and re-typing, and the allergen risk of data sitting in email, are worth it. Creventa keeps the way you run events, just without the manual admin.

Guests never log in. They click a personalised link or scan a QR code, and it's very straightforward to use. If they want to, the host can submit choices on a guest's behalf, or the venue can easily do it for them.

Creventa works alongside them, it does not replace them. Delphi and Opera get you to a confirmed booking and the BEO. Creventa picks up after that, collecting every guest's choices, allergies and seating and feeding it all into your reports. You keep the systems you already have.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most venues are live within a week, some in hours. We bring over your existing menus, packages, and settings and handle the heavy lifting, so your team is not left configuring everything from scratch. Creventa is easy to use. Comprehensive onboarding and training are always included.

What happens to our existing bookings?

They come with you. We move your current bookings, menus, ticketed events and everything that is needed to use Creventa effectively on Day 1. Nothing is lost in the switch, and you don't start with an empty system.

Plans start from £74 per month per venue billed annually. Restaurants most commonly choose Select at £129, hotels choose Suite at £249, golf clubs Championship at £149, and stadiums Arena at £249. Do guests need to download an app or create an account?

No. Guests click a personalised link in a branded email or scan a QR code and order in a couple of minutes. Hosts can submit choices on a guest’s behalf, and the venue can enter details directly for anyone who cannot use the link.

How does Creventa handle allergies and dietary requirements?

Every guest declares their own allergies against their name, covering all 14 major allergens plus custom allergies, with medical allergies separated from preferences. Declarations flag automatically on the chef report, food pass and place cards, with a documented audit trail.

What reports does Creventa generate?
