Considering alternatives to DesignMyNight?
Move to a better way to manage enquiries and events.
Stuck in a contract you have already outgrown? You do not have to wait it out. If your venue is tied into Access Collins, the booking software behind DesignMyNight, Creventa Night Shift gives you Creventa Flow free, including onboarding, migration and training, until your existing contract ends. Your Creventa term starts only when the free period is over.
You keep your current platform running until the day it expires. Alongside it, your team gets one place for every enquiry, with proposals, quotes, deposits and payment schedules built in, and a live view of what the pipeline is actually worth.
When a booking is confirmed it carries straight on into the event itself. Pre-orders, dietaries and allergens, table plans and place cards, all on the same record, with no rekeying and no second system.
- No early exit to negotiate and no contract to break
- No month where you are paying two suppliers
- No season lost to a migration, because we do the move
After the free period: Creventa Flow is £99 + VAT per venue per month, added on top of a Creventa package. Launch pricing until 31 December 2026.
For restaurants, bars, pubs, late night venues and competitive socialising operators across the UK.
The Night Shift offer
Free until your current contract ends.
Move to Creventa now, keep your existing platform running until it expires, and pay nothing to us in the meantime.
- Creventa Flow free for every month left on your Access Collins contract
- Onboarding, data migration and team training included at no cost
- Your Creventa term begins the day the free period ends
- No double paying, and no gap in service on either side
Eligibility: a current Access Collins or Access DesignMyNight contract with a documented end date, and a Creventa agreement signed at the point of switching. Creventa Flow is charged at £99 + VAT per venue per month from the start of the paid term, in addition to the Creventa package the venue selects; which package that is varies by venue. Launch pricing is held until 31 December 2026. Terms and Conditions apply.
Why venues start looking
Nobody switches platforms for fun. They switch because something is not working.
These are the reasons late night and competitive socialising venues tell us they started looking elsewhere.
A note on the two names. Access Collins is the software your team logs into. DesignMyNight is the consumer marketplace it feeds. Night Shift replaces the software.
How Night Shift works

The questions everyone asks
Switching mid contract, answered.
Do I have to break my Access Collins contract?
No. That is the point of Night Shift. You let your existing contract run to its natural end date while using Creventa free alongside it. Nothing needs cancelling early and there is no month where you are paying two suppliers.
How long is the free period?
Exactly as long as you have left. If your contract has nine months to run, you get nine months free. We confirm the end date from your contract paperwork when you sign.
When does my Creventa term actually start?
The day after your free period ends. You sign now so the free months can start, but your term is measured from the end of the free period, not from signing.
What does the free period include?
Creventa Flow, plus onboarding, migration of your packages, menus and live enquiries, and training for your team. You are not paying for the switch or for the overlap.
Is this just a discount with extra steps?
No. A discount lowers the price of a contract you start paying for today. Night Shift means you pay nothing until the day your existing commitment ends, so the months you have already bought elsewhere are not wasted.
What if my contract has three years left?
Talk to us. Very long remaining terms are looked at individually, because a free period that runs for years is a different conversation to one that runs for months.
Will we lose our booking history?
Live enquiries, packages and pricing come across as part of migration so you do not start with an empty pipeline. Historic data we handle case by case depending on what you can export.
Does Creventa replace our till, PMS or reservations system?
No. Creventa works alongside the systems you already run, and integrates with SevenRooms, OpenTable, Delphi, Opera and RezLynx among others. Night Shift replaces the enquiry, booking and guest detail admin, not your whole stack.
What does Creventa Flow cost when the free period ends?
Creventa Flow is £99 + VAT per venue per month. It is an add-on rather than a standalone product, so it sits on top of a Creventa package, and which package suits your venue depends on how you run events. Your quote shows both lines before you sign anything. This is launch pricing, held until 31 December 2026.
Bring the switch forward.
Twenty minutes with someone who has worked in venues. Bring your contract end date and we will show you exactly what your free period looks like and what changes on day one.
Part of the Creventa Platform. Night Shift is available to venues switching from a current Access Collins or Access DesignMyNight agreement.
