What is a Function Sheet?
A function sheet is the operational briefing document for an event, covering timings, room layout, menus, dietary summaries, staffing notes and client contact details, so every department knows its role. It is broadly equivalent to a BEO.
Function sheets fail when they are compiled by hand from emails and spreadsheets, because late changes do not propagate. Creventa generates function sheets automatically from live guest data, so the version printed on the morning of the event is always current. See also the BEO.
