What is Dry Hire?
Dry hire is renting a venue space without in-house catering; the client brings an external caterer, often a kosher or specialist Asian caterer. The venue still needs guest lists, dietary data and seating, but food production is external.
Even in dry hire, the venue carries responsibility for guest experience and often for allergen documentation, so guest-level data collection still matters.
