What is a Delegated Host?
A delegated host is the client-side organiser of an event (a wedding couple, PA or party organiser) who is given controlled access to manage their own event: adding guests, importing lists, submitting choices for guests, and arranging the seating plan.
The delegated host model moves the admin from the venue to the person who actually has the information, and each delegated host can appoint table leads for their own groups. It is central to how self-service seating plans work.
