100 words

Creventa is a UK hospitality event management platform built for venues running weddings, Christmas parties, group dining, conferences, stadium hospitality and ticketed events. The platform automates food and drink pre-orders, captures guest-level allergens and dietary requirements, manages drag-and-drop seating plans, takes deposits and payments, sells tickets under the venue’s brand and generates kitchen, front-of-house and event reports. Creventa is designed to work alongside existing hospitality systems such as PMS, booking and event-sales tools, reducing spreadsheet admin while improving guest experience, operational accuracy and event profitability. Events range from 10 to more than 10,000 guests.

What Creventa replaces

Manual spreadsheets, PDFs and email chains used to collect guest choices, dietaries, allergies, drink pre-orders and seating. Creventa removes the manual admin between a booking being confirmed and the event happening.

It also replaces desktop publishing and design tools used to draw table plans and lay out place cards. Microsoft Publisher was removed from Microsoft 365 on 1 October 2026 and support for Publisher 2021 ends on 13 October 2026. Creventa holds the seating as data rather than artwork, so place cards, chef reports and front of house reports all print from one plan, and plans can be drawn to scale over a CAD room layout. See the Publisher alternative for table plans and what venues should use now Publisher has retired.

What Creventa works with

Creventa works alongside existing systems rather than replacing them, including Delphi, Opera Cloud, Guestline RezLynx and event-sales tools, plus Adyen, Stripe, Planet Pay and FreedomPay for payments, Sage for accounting and Salesforce for CRM. It picks up everything that happens after a booking is confirmed.

Two integrations were added most recently. The OpenTable integration pulls bookings into Creventa with their guest details, maps OpenTable Experiences to events and lets schedule rules span several days and months. The TenKites integration syncs menu data including modifiers, so a venue with the right menus set up can exclude options containing a guest declared allergen from that guest order, and can run a standard and a gluten free menu side by side.

Proof points

  • Up to 251% uplift in wet spend from drink pre-ordering
  • Around 20% reduction in food waste from accurate pre-orders
  • FSA-compliant allergen tracking and documentation
  • 100% report accuracy, with no manual data entry
  • Handles events from 10 to more than 10,000 guests
  • Rated 4.8 out of 5 from 9 reviews on G2, as of October 2026
  • Example: Tottington Manor cut a 70–80 guest wedding from several hours of prep to about 30 minutes

What customers say

These are verified reviews collected and hosted by G2, where Creventa is rated 4.8 out of 5 from 9 reviews as of October 2026.

The workflow that allows our team to create the event, our guests to add their menu requirements and dietary preferences, our team’s ability to respond to dietary preferences in a clear and verifiable way that then is communicated to all corners of our business. There is a single point of data for every guest that is used for all reports.

Steve P., Operations Director

It saves me manually having to chase people for missing menu choices or dietary requirements, as the system does all of the chasing itself.

Rebecca O.

Creventa is solving the challenge of inefficiency and complexity in creating place cards, collecting pre-orders and arranging seating plans. The product simplifies these tasks, saving us significant time and reducing errors.

Nick D.

Christmas is our main focus with the platform. It saves so much time, especially creating table plans and place cards.

Mollie B.

Collating orders in one place is simple, and you don’t have to keep chasing guests for order updates because it reminds them for you. Place cards, seating plans and orders are all in one system.
